League Meet Performance Report
Failure to follow these procedures will result in the results not being included in the database, and not being able to be used for seeding purposes. Because League Meets are often supervised by people other than certified officials it is necessary for strict criteria to be set for performance submission.

All Running events must be signed by the official who took the time, not the starter or referee.
Field events:
If you know a field event could potentially produce some really good performances have one of the officials run it, and sign the sheet for the performances.
If an event produces a really good performance, have one of the officials come and measure it then sign for it.
No official should sign for an event the did not supervise or measure.
All coaches must sign the completed sheet, Really only one sheet or set of sheets need be submitted per meet. If coaches work together they can do a combined sheet for all teams at the meet, saving work and time for everyone.
Sheets submitted without any of the above will not be included.
