Numbers

Numbers will be ready for everyone on Thursday at the Boys Section VIII Relays, Girls coaches if you want your numbers early come and pick tem up on Thursday.

No one should be looking to register new athletes at either of these meets.  All roster submissions for athletes intending to run on Thursday or Friday must have there entire information submitted by Wednesday evening.  Names not on rosters Thursday will not be eligible to run Thursday or Friday

You may enter names for later inclusion, by e-mail please.

You will receive two rosters, one titled Total Rosters CC, WT, St is of all athletes that have received numbers this year, the second titled Present Season Roster is a list of all athletes who are Active for this season, this second list are the only athletes eligible to compete at this time.  If someone is on the first roster, you must send there Name, Grade, DOB and Date of 9th Grade entry to me before they can compete in ANY meet. Any totally new athlete must have the same information sent.  That information must go to both Bob Beer at beercoach@aol.com  and BOCES
