FARMINGDALE HS DEVELOPMENT MEETS

1- Dates: December 5, 19, January 12, 19, February 1.

2- Pole Vault, High Jump, Shot Put, some hurdling and race walking

Clinic segment and competition following.

3- All athletes must be in full uniform, have sec8 number, all NF rules apply.

4- Coach must be present, do not bring non-participating students or athletes.

5- Inform parents to stay out of the main competition areas.

6- Athletes must not roam the building.

7- Teams must assist in breakdown and cleanup.

8- There will be some form of payment/assessment for these meets in order to

finance the program.

9- February 1^st will be the pole vault for the class county and state qualifier meets.

The shot and high jump will be contested at SCCC in each meet.

10- Coaches are asked to remind their athletes of the need to stay alert at these meets.

Athletes cannot be in competition areas with radios, even personal radios, MP3s,

etc since this decreases attention.

11- This tightening up of details is necessary to meet the Section VIII standards, and

the standards of Farmingdale HS. We are all guests of Farmingdale HS.
